Either Musselburgh over 2m4 or Wetherby over 3m.
I'd be inching toward the Musselburgh race as Pay The Piper and Friend or Foe should have too much pace for him and as a class 2, even a win may not see his mark rise too much.
Wetherby has Ahoy Senor, Does He Know and others rated higher in it so finishing too close to them could spoil the mark.

The Kauto Riko rating makes no sense either. Santini given 157,beats KR by 9 lengths yet KR given a rating of 152. Both carried the same weight. KRs RPR should be 148/149 through the 2nd and 3rd.
They've uplifted a number of British winners RPRs this year more than normal above the base form figures. At the festival, they are going to end up with a number of British horses best on RPRs with the end result an Irish win.

28s Bet365 NRNB and BOG is better than I thought.
Annsam was also 28s a couple of days ago and cut to 25s.

Spectre’s Naiad horse (which I’ve now backed) prompted me to look at this race and I know he isn’t everyone’s cup of tea but Santini could be absolutely chucked in for this. His rating has plummeted 18lb in just 6 runs since his 2nd in the gold cup 2 years ago!!!
His run on Saturday (since dropped another 1lb) shows he retains a decent amount of ability and was a massive improvement on his 1st run this year for Polly Gundry his new trainer, where he was behind commodore off top weight. He actually wasn’t far behind at the bottom of the hill only to completely empty and hardly got over the last fence so clearly wasn’t fit!
Now I suppose his whole season might be geared towards the National but taking in a Cheltenham handicap on the way like sunnyhillboy might not be a bad thing! I can’t even see him priced up so will wait for the entries but even though he is clearly not a 171 horse anymore, I think 153 could leave him in with a shout of scooping a decent pot.
