Paddy consistently ducking Tekao. Went 10/3 while everyone else was 9/2 and now 11/4 while most are bigger.

He's hardly thrown in like Gaelic Warrior was?!
This horse is going to one of the ones that make me look stupid at this rate.
For all he may have been being plotted, the confidence behind him here should bode well for Lossi and Gala in the triumph. Blood Destiny might be back to a price I'd Tekao goes in

I like Mighty Mo Missouri at a price for Jessica Harrington, not a million miles away from Byker 2 starts back. 33/1 to hit the frame... If you can get paid 5 places I don't think he's the worst bet in the world. Jockey although he's relatively inexperienced has ridden him on each occasion so should get on well. As mentioned, Tekao plenty short enough.Long bitcoin, long gold, long silver, long g/s opening day Cheltenham Festival

The pin lands on Gordons Aura for me, strictly at the weights there's little in it between this one and Byker and Tekao. Speculative at best and definitely of interest to place at 50s. Had a lot of experience if not the out and out class and appeal as a grade 1 going forward but just could be about tomorrow.

I've landed on Sir Allen @ 11/1. I like how much he finds in a fight. Also backed Afadil @ 25/1 EW
Sir Allen is quite a strong fancy now. 90% of this field have either been conserving their mark or come over from France, so we know relatively little about them, or what they'll find in a fight. Sir Allen was 5L second to Blood Destiny on debut, then won at Punceshtown in a race run slowly and not to suit, then won the race at Naas thats produced 3 of the last 4 winners. He's been headed twice and won going away twice. I love how much he finds and battles. Danny is the perfect jockey to coax that out of him, the ground is ideal, he has plenty of big field experience and I think he has to go close at 11/1.Last edited by charlie; 14 March 2023, 06:15 AM.
