I keep coming back to sir allen but given the last two wins then do you think there might be less in his mark now than say a byker?

Thats a feverishly tricky question! Byker could be better handicapped based on their run LTO, it's more a price thing. I'm being asked to take 11/2 vs 11/1. Every chance Byker wasn't being ridden to win LTO, so perhaps taking that form literally is a mistake, but I thought Sir Allen was worth more than the winning margin that day, even with the weight swing. I preferred Sir Allen's debut too. I can envisage a scenario later today (love saying that!) where Takao comes there cruising with Sir Allen slip streaming him and then out battling him up the hill (a bit like Brazil did last year vs GW). Look at me, not only have I found the boodles winner, I've played out the forecast
