We're looking to upgrade the 'hosting CPU' so I've set up a crowdfunding project.
I would love it if you could donate using the link below to access my project page. Any contribution large or small will be hugely appreciated. Thank you.

Johnny Henderson GRAND ANNUAL Challenge Cup Handicap Chase
He’s very ground dependent but on soft or heavy I think Pipe has mapped Sizing Pottsie out perfectly this season, using his novice status over hurdles to gain fitness before drop his mark notably in top company!
Am I seeing it right that he finished 5 lengths behind Tahmuras over hurdles and got dropped 10lbs? odd one that
Since joining Pipe hes been dropped 13lbs over fences and 16lbs over hurdles
'I think the reality is that he will go to Aintree but if the weather stays like this, he would have to be in. We know he really likes nice ground and it’s not often you get a chance to at a Festival on particularly nice ground for a horse like him. Everything came together the other day at Sandown, he got a great ride and he won nicely. I think it’s the first time he’s actually been down at the last and won, normally he’s got the race over by two out and has to last to the line. It’s the first time he’s knuckled down and really seen the trip out properly, which is very positive. He is a horse who I really think suits the Old Course - a fast track and bang on two miles. He would be an obvious horse for the Grand Annual.'
Grand Annual bid not quite as dead as I thought then....
Be nice to get a run for our money but worried the 6lb's hike has done for him. He's going to need to be running to mid 150's to win this and not sure he's quite got that in him. Such a shame he won last time... would surely have gone mighty close off 143

I said it months ago but there won’t be too many duel G2 winning horses in this.
I’ve only just realised that Sebastapol is 147 now, he beat that one comfortably at the Paddy Power meeting last season.
I still think he has enough in hand to be competitive here, it does sound like the ground will play a big part in their decision now.
My book has taken a hit in recent days so would be nice to have hopes rekindled on this one….

Yes would still fancy him for a place off that mark... Id take that right now!
Does it not put you off that it's not 'the target'..... how many Cheltenham Festival handicap winners, win it 'despite' going up in the weights, or 'despite having a target elsewhere'
So, so rare..... I;d have to be writing it off even if he ran and just hope to get lucky.
I'm keen to see if Saint Segal is entered by Jane Williams. I've had a few quid NRNB 25's ew. His last run was really good behind Malystic at Doncaster when he got outpaced 5 out on good/fast ground before staying on into 2nd. He ran a great race in the Boodles 2022 when the trainer's son rode & couldn't control him. he pulled his way to the front upsides Gaelic Warrior and paid the penalty. Jumps well. Ideally a bit of cut but can see him staying on very well up the hill. .
Hollow Games is the first one I'm drawn too,odd that Gordon mentioned the Arkle for him only a couple of days ago, be interesting to see if he runs on the 26th as that'd get him his handicap mark if coming here.
