Yes he would be.

To be totally accurate, Notlongtillmay was No 20 on the elimination list but was not declared so his number is no longer valid. If you look at the RP you will see that number against his name.
On that note, I am not happy that Notlongtillmay was not declared - that's what you get when you ask Ruth Jefferson for advice!!

There is literally a ballot for horses on the same or. It is done when the six day weights are published and they are assigned an elimination number - the highest number being the last to be elimination (and so on)

Just got chance to look over these declarations and find out my whole grand annual position (rouge vif 40/1, shakemuparry 25/1) has been decimated. Can't help but think it will work in my favour though. Get the feeling dinoblue could be this year's saint roi/gdc/state man. Backed off the boards for last year's mares novice. Came up against impervious two runs back who was bought by JP after she beat dinoblue - a sign they know what they've got with Dino? - then not really put into race against magic daze last time. It's taken wholly on trust which is much harder at 5/1 than 10/1+ but my Spidey senses are tingling...

The two I liked were third time lucki and thyme white but both would want good ground

Don't like dinoblue, can't see her getting up the hill
