Hello Fat Jockeys,
Upgrading the Fat Jockey forum!: https://www.crowdfunder.co.uk/p/fatjockeyforum
We're looking to upgrade the 'hosting CPU' so I've set up a crowdfunding project.
I would love it if you could donate using the link below to access my project page. Any contribution large or small will be hugely appreciated. Thank you.

Johnny Henderson GRAND ANNUAL Challenge Cup Handicap Chase

I backed it a while ago, and have been surprised the lack of interest in it since.
This may have been because it's Not now an intended runner.
But Fils Doudairies looks on good terms with himself after that spin round over hurdles, and even though it was an unsatisfactory race it makes him look well handicapped.
Be interesting what they say after the race today as Gordon namechecked him for the Grand Annual a couple weeks back and it was strongly backed in Dublin and went off 3-1.
They are definitely planning a big handicap with this horse I reckon.
Can run in the Annual with no penalty I believe. (might be wrong)
NRNB - No brainer
edit - think he may get a penalty. 5lb
edit 2 - maybe not (fuck knows, don't care)Last edited by Quevega; 5 March 2023, 02:17 PM.

Which of the Sam Thomas runners wins?
Before Midnight or Grey Diamond?
What I wrote on the 24 hour thread for the race:
The fall last time is a negative but it wasn't a bad jump - he just didn't get his feet out properly on landing.
He placed over 2m at Cheltenham this year. First was Amarillo Sky who won next time out and then 4th beaten 9 lengths in the Clarence House. Was rated 140, now 155.
2nd was Fugitif, who won next time out and then 2nd last month in a Cheltenham handicap. Was rated 131, now rated 149.
Malystic was pulled up and won his next 2 races.
Grey Diamond was off 131 in that race and now 135.
Last time he travelled incredibly well until the fall and would have been 1st or 2nd for me. Put up 2 pounds for that but he has half a stone in hand for me at least.
