I can't believe Spiritofthegames is still 25/1 for this even after declarations at this stage and its the only horse I've done for this, I may have to go in again on the horse as the value for this at 25s at this point is really over priced for this. I think people do forget this horse has placed twice in this and is now 11lbs below its mark since it ran in this race in the past and it ran on in its last race and the horse went down 1lb for that prep race which I found surprising personally. I was banging on about this horse for the Ultima but its been declared its running in this most likely though.

May get bigger than 25/1 at some point though too. The kind of horse people may miss.

Nathaniel99999 - do you like Spiritofthegames by any chance?
I think his chance is fair but likely to stay a bigger price.
Last 6 winners were novices or second season chasers.
None of the last 8 winners had more than 11 chase runs.
Last 10 winners aged 6 - 9.
Last 6 winners all making their Festival debut.
Think many will just feel he is a bit exposed to be winning. he's certainly an E/W play with extra places on the day though!

He’s favourite with books/exchange so I’d say yes. Hobbs hasn’t come out with anything contrary and he’s no other options. [/QUOTE]
Just found this, needs that rain on Wednesday that's forecast.

I like the look of Adrimel in this. His form on heavy is 5/5 and that's 7/7 when you extent that to include soft. He's hopeless on proper spring ground and his bumper run here can be excused as he was a big brute at the time and it was never going to suit.
Last run wasn't remarkable in any sense - but it got him a mark to get him comfortably in and the trainer did well with Tea Clipper on Tuesday.
20's 6 places with 365 looks very, very fair.
