    Given his price contraction pre-decs, as soon as it's a confirmed target I can seem him being 4/1 which is vomit inducing.

      I'm in the same boat and decided to only back him for the Plate last week as thinking Gordon's main handicap case horses were Sa Fureur Arkle, Firm Footings Plate and Cool Survivor KM.

      • Recent market moves on the exchanges and with the bookmakers suggest Inothewayurthinkin is the Cromwell horse to be on for this race.

        Not sure whether Perceval Legallois will turn up now, if he's in the race.

        Some 7's still NRNB with BetMGM, which I've taken. Also managed to get some 9's ante post with Sky before they cut.

          Yeah it surprises me how long it takes some to catch on.
          Percy and Jonny very unlikely runners as soon as the weights announced, why run over here for relatively small prize money on a much higher mark than in your own gaff ?

            Yeah, took me an age tbh. I thought Percy still might come over, not necessarily Jonny though (which is why I left him unbacked) but the way the markets are reacting, I guess not.

            • Anyone know if Where It All began comes here or goes for Irish National or Ultima? McNeils have a share of him.

                For an Irish horse not given any UK tax
                The Lack of movement in his price suggests not coming over.
                But I covered anyhow.

                Race looks much more open and winnable with the 2 previous Fav's getting shafted.

                  I think it was mentioned in the Cheltenham exchange you tube video (the thread is a few pages back now) . I believe from memory they are favouring staying in Ireland but you should check for yourself. It’s the first interview so won’t take you long.

                  • ….a couple of quotes on ATR;

                    Git Maker;
                    “I want to go for the Kim Muir with him really. He is very unexposed and if he got into the race then he would go.”

                    Bowtogreatness;
                    “Bowtogreatness might go for the Kim Muir. He ran very well last Saturday at Kempton, and he is a horse that takes a lot of getting fit and I haven’t been over hard on him, and he might just be ready now. He headbutted fences and was too keen on his reappearance at Newbury then took a proper blow at Cheltenham in January and took a blow two out at Kempton on Saturday as well. He is in the Ultima, Kim Muir and National Hunt Chase. I do think he is ahead of his mark.”

                      Not sure why, but maybe he's not coming over now ?

                        Yes, way out of line with other bookies. But weak on the exchange too.

                        • Doesn't look good as he hasn't come in for the Plate either.

                          • He's only 6 and very inexperienced. Gordon paid a lot for him as well to buy him back into the stable so maybe minding him for bigger things next season as opposed to throwing him into a big Handicap ??
