Thanks for that Eggs, given recent chat about the horse there will have been a few looking to get stuck into him for this race, your update may well have saved members a few quid…

Death Duty fishing for a mark at Kempton this weekend could make him interesting here. Ran well in the Paddy Power and has plenty of backclass, interesting to see what the UK handicapper makes of him

Interesting to see Braeside also entered in the 3m race at Kempton this weekend, fishing for a mark or looking to get qualified for the NHC.. I'm praying for the latter.

I backed him at a massive price for this last year and then his bloody owner-mate went and won so not sure how I'd feel if he won this year!

              He’s already qualified isn’t he?

I believe you are correct upon reflection, Finish in the first 4 in two races over 3m Tick.

Then I don't understand the entry unless it's to see how the horse handles the trip? or they're going to run a stinker and try and get the mark below 145?

                It's not a large pot.

Well his current Irish mark is 145, if the English handicapper gives him 2lbs he'll then have to run a stinker of a race to drop 3lb to get into the Kim Muir.

The entry is likely to see what tax he gets if any. I doubt he'll be running.
Then Gordon knows this race is either a player or not.
Be unusual if he got nothing, but it's happened before. Like with RWF last year.

He’s a very good backup to RWF IMO. Both their credentials are absolutely rock solid.
