Crowdfunder - Fat Jockey Forum upgrade

Hello Fat Jockeys,

Upgrading the Fat Jockey forum!: https://www.crowdfunder.co.uk/p/fatjockeyforum

We're looking to upgrade the 'hosting CPU' so I've set up a crowdfunding project.

I would love it if you could donate using the link below to access my project page. Any contribution large or small will be hugely appreciated. Thank you.

huge engine and loves the hill…
Can we get a passport check on that horse, looked like fucking Pegasus compared to the Jasmin we've been watching all season

Great result for those that got on him, I wasn't convinced myself but he never looked in any danger throughout the race.

    • Another great week, very enjoyable if not very unpredictable. Great to see a couple of you for the naiad meet up (didn’t speak to many of you I tend to keep myself to myself so sorry if I seemed not the most sociable). Horrendous first couple of days saved by jazzy matty. Then the mighty bob at 50/1 and finally jasmin de vaux at 33/1. Somehow ended up for the week which based on some of the results was a decent effort. Thanks to everyone on here again who take the time to share their insights, it’s truly valuable. Here’s to starting for next year

      • ….does anybody know whether the plan is still to send Galvin to the GN? I’m on the double with Lecky at 100-1, and the cash-out is still there but I’d much prefer to let it run.

Last I heard was Elliott saying he was back at home and had an injury ‘behind his knee’.

if you or someone you know have a 365 account then cash it.

            ….cheers Q, that’s a very sensible play. I’ve followed your advice.

                • Wonder what changes might be made for next year’s festival?

The mares hurdle would seem an obvious one and might make antepost bets a tricky proposition. Could also have a ripple effect on mares chase. For example, Kargese/Jade go chasing, Lossie forced out of mares hurdle, WPM reroutes one/both back hurdling if none of his novices/juveniles step up.

Potential changes to the Mares Hurdle make it an interesting betting proposition imo.

Wodhooh is top of my shortlist at the moment. They mentioned going for it this year so it must be playing on their mind that she's at the level already.

I like her too FM but 8/1 isn’t very enticing. Granted should Lossie go CH eventually it’s a wide open market but single figures this far out is a bit tight.

If they change it to a G2 then surely all bets placed before the change would be void and returned ala the Turnersand NH chase!

I wouldn't have thought they'd void them. It'd be disjointed if they did because I'm backing Wodhooh on the basis it is turned into a grade 2

Are not the prices being advertised based on it being a G1? If they change it to a G2 the bets are likely to be returned and the race turns ‘new’ race. This is what happened to the old Turners (G1) all bets voided when it became a hcp. Annoying for me as I had Caldwell Potter in the G1 even had it in a Yankee with Kopek des Bordes 25/1 and 20/1. So I would think based on what happened last summer ……

                            • 2026 Cheltenham ticket prices : Does anyone know anything about ‘early bird’ prices. There were posters around the track advertising 50% off and March 17th was mentioned. Also that they were restricting membership to 7000 and waiving entry fee (£100) for new members. But I cannot see anything on line!
