Didn’t speak to advisor, was live chat.
I explained the issue and after a while and giving the date of bet and ref number she went off to speak to someone else and then came back after 10
minutes and said the refund free bets should now be in, and they were.
Was a bit painful but was determined after it said on my settled bets I had been refunded and I had not received.

I've had 5 free bets back over the last two days. It's difficult to get to speak to someone but keep trying and they have spoke to someone else for 10mins and then credited the free bet back.

I must be going about this the wrong way!!!
When I click on the "Contact Us" page on the WH website I get a bot saying it will be able to help resolve most problems and if it can't it will refer me to a human. The trouble is I just go round in ever frustrating circles with the bot. It refuses to refer me to a human. In desperation I tried sending them an email I found on a WH website explaining the problem . But the email kept bouncing back. Do you have a specific phone number or particular way to by-pass the bot.

Seems to me they really are doing everything possible to prevent customers contacting them.

I have gone through promotions or bet query to get past the bottom, I just keep trying different options till It transfers me to a person.

Have you told them that it was part of the none runner no bet promotion? They might have cottoned on to it today as it was Wed and Thurs I got mine back. I'm expecting two today so will see later this afternoon.

I got through to the same person on two different accou ts yesterday, I was certain they were gonna suss me as they were my wife's and mothers accounts both have the same name and the bets were for the same horse

Tell them reason for chat and they should ask for bet ref number and date of bet as well as horse and race.
They also asked for my e-mail and mob number.

Thanks a bundle Carnage at Taunton - did as you suggested and finally got asked for a reference number for the bet. Then got put through to a real person who argued the toss (claiming I'd been given back the FB). In the end I said whatever the rights and wrongs couldn't you just gift me a FB for all the hassle I've had....and then I got transferred upstairs to a second real person (I felt like I'd conquered Everest FFS!!!) and they sorted me out a tenner free bet. Would have given up but for the help of you guys. Thanks again. Now to find a value loser to put it on in the Kim Muir.
