Just out of curiosity, which bookies are the best in people's experience for leaving up the antepost markets during racing, and crucially, not immediately restricting you if you take advantage of it?
I know most leave them up occasionally, and the big name bookies dont restrict you that easily for that sort of stuff. But of the smaller bookmakers, any that do it consistently and then don't restrict?
Betway do it a fair bit, and I took advantage a fair few times before having my stake restricted on antepost markets, live score bet immediately restricted me on all markets the first time I did it , unibet do it occasionally and I'm yet to be restricted.
BetMGM I find hang for a while and I've not been restricted yet
Not hugely impactful if I did lose the account - wouldn't risk it with any 'proper' firms
Help needed. Trying to get a price for Tiernan Power Roche to ride 1 or more and 2 or more winners at the Festival. Has anyone seen markets that cover this? Or can anyone advise on getting a price. I've gone down all my usual avenues without success.
Yep. I'd be 99% sure the plan was the Pertemps though. I'd have been extremely confident he would have finished top 4 in that lot that finished.
Martin Pipe would only be the back up plan so wouldn't be as confident now. I'd have wanted it to be plan A, I don't think it was.
He was definitely cruising very nicely today before he reached for one and came down. No doubt in my mind he would have been in first four. I think you are right ref Plan A being Pertemps but I think he will run well over 2m4f too. I still like him for the Martin Piper assuming he comes away from that Fall OK.
Today's Kingwell Hurdle. 30 years ago it was Alderbrook, trained by Kim Bailey, won this race as a first time hurdler, then doubled up a month later in the Champion Hurdle. A lifetime ago.

Came off the flat from Julie Cecil yard.
Beat one of my fav horses in Large Action in the CH, and I was there that day and not happy
Am i reading between the lines with jez scott that owner wants Champion hurdle and he might think mares.
Quite a substantial sea of blue for Mares hurdle after today also.
Totally winable if BDA goes champion hurdle. They should make a last minute call imo. But equally he said hr would take third in a champion hurdle.... Doh.. Confusing
