Historically, the double green have liked to run something in most races. This seems a slight change of tack and leaves JJ with little to ride for them as stable jockey.
That's the kind of nugget I love

Fully bought in to Paul on Jasmin now

      • Not sure whether it's been previously discussed but does anyone know what's happening with Readin Tommy Wrong?

        • Are we expecting lower rated horses being able to get into the open handicaps now that novices require 5 runs prior to entries?

          • JamieSensible has asked if someone can post the Nicholls and Skelton stable tours, could be posted into the stable tour thread. Can anyone help him out?

I think the response sort of suggests the feeling to those two chances of having a good Fez this year .. .more so PN

In fairness, Dan has some super chances.

Skelton isnt a mug. He wants to be champion trainer. I thinks he knows he gotta go for the Ryanair and handicaps.

                    • Emmett Mullins saying that Mclaurey has done his winning over 2m so will probably stay there for the County, but will obviously be given the MP entry

I'm loving Protektorat chances. Dan keeping a low profile about him with all the talk being about F2F but you get the feeling he's quietly confident. His Windsor win was a stunning performance and has obviously been franked since.

Yep, he keeps mentioning he may need a step up. I suspect the ground conditions will determine where he ends up.

                          • Quotes there from the preview evening.

Some interesting bits from Cobden - sounds keen on Golden Ace if she turns up over 2m (presumably the County). Says Lulamba is a penalty kick. Jubilee Alpha his best chance of the week (poor bloke).

Golden Ace taking on Burdett Road in Kingwell over 2m on Saturday so no way they'll go County if she wins that.
