      • Quick question for some of you very knowledgeable fellas
if you could have a free £10 treble bet and at the current odds. What would be your 3 horses to choose?
Forgive the very amauter punting question I'm just genuinely interested as there as so many favs out there now which ones stand out most?
For what's its worth mine would be:

        1. KdB - Supreme
        2. Sir gino - Arkle
        3. GDC - gold cup

I struggle with spelling amateur all the time, and in the context of your sentence that's a beauty

            Final Demand
            Teahupoo
            East India Dock

I'd say the most bulletproof fourfold would be:
              Kopek Supreme
              Fact To File Ryanair
              Teahupoo Stayers
              Galopin Gold Cup

So depending on which you fancy most/how much you want to go for return over solidity, I'd pick 3 of them (or just do the fourfold). Personally I'd drop Galopin simply because I don't like backing 2/5 shots but I can't see him getting beaten...

                  Yep - Turners.
Think his price is value as the opposition looks weaker, and anticipating Kawaboomga going supreme and Yellow Clay bartlett (could be wrong of course)
EID is over priced on all form and should be favourite. IMO.

I agree with this. Personally I think Final Demand is a better bet right now than Kopek des Bordes. Final Demand is very professional and may really only have The New Lion to beat who is near his standard. Kopek des Bordes will need to not boil over and has Salvator Mundi and Romeo Coolio to beat.

To be clear, I think both win. But I think the odds are better for Final Demand.

I also suspect Kawaboomga goes Supreme to separate from The New Lion.

                        Pretty much my thoughts.
Think kawaboomga might be a threat in either race.

Yep, agreed, believe Boomga goes supreme as well as Walsh best chance in supreme. Especially with JO having TNL in Turners. Best two chances of winning both races??

                          • I can see Kawaboomga going to the Turners.

He's already chased the arse end of Kopek Des Bordes once, and that was with Kopek not being at his best. He improved massively since then. Kawaboomga won well enough LTO, but it wasn't Kopek level, not even close.

He remains an unknown over the intermediate trip and I think they may just roll the dice, and I think he'd have a right chance too. Been support on the exchanges for him in recent days for the race as well.

The jockey bookings are also unaffected given that Skelton will be on TNL so Walsh is assured of a ride. They'd only go supreme if they think they've a good chance of winning and beating Kopek.

Depends also on how they (JP's lot) rate Final Demand.

They might be worried to put there best 2 horses in against him, rather than split them and run one against 2 headbangers in the supreme-
Kopek & Salvator are like the Jedward of horse racing.
