Are the prices that much different from Cheltenham??
Temple bar itself charge north of 10 eurosa pint and most of the bars around are similar, especially if you get silly ordering white russians etc,
on course at Leopardstown they seemed reasonable.
Lot more places to go than temple bar though.
It's a bit shit really, a once and you're done type of thing.
My favourite was the confession box. still pricey but a lovely place and building.

It's the accommodation for me, Lobos. We were looking at at least double for accommodation in Cheltenham during the festival week (and probably triple on a like for like basis).

Cheaper on track and the lager is decent if you're that way inclined, certainly better than Carling.
Never found prices round Dublin itself that much different to here these days.
Toners is my favourite pub of the ones I can remember the name of, few decent ones in that area.
