This is ridiculous. Everybody scrambling around trying to get their money back. Only the BHA could alienate its most hardcore customer on the biggest meeting of the season

Sadly doesn't look as though they've refunded any of their 'Specials' as of yet. Ballyburn for the Turners at 16s (placed 1st Feb) still showing in open bets. Got an IEP one too

My biggest one today was I.E.P. , - refunded in full .
In fact , when i went to the Shop , the manager said we are refunding some of your bet's ... so didn't even need to ask .
It is a small shop though , so everyone knows everyone.. .

I know all about it pal but I've been thrown off or been whittled down to nothing bets with all other online bookies though so this is all im left with. Its the main reason it's my last cheltenham. The suicidal stance the bookies have taken with customers will kill them all in the end. The BHA have just confirmed it more for me though with this incompetence.

VBet refunded. If anybody is with them just go to the live chat and let them know. Bit of a faff having to ask but no problems whatsoever. Very prompt

…PP also settled my ‘win today’ special on the Ballymore SP. Any Turner selections in multiples have had that leg voided.

Looks like Coral, 365 have repaid singles, not had Lads as yet (I have an IEP Win Today special and a single with them).
