    • Any idea when Lads/Coral reset stake so you can re-bet a same selection after being maxed out?

      • An extra Ten quid a month might not seem like a lot to some, but om the grand scheme of things and weighing things up it all adds up and I am really contemplating cancelling my racing post subscription. Shame they feel they have to up it.

I agree. I will do the same with Racing TV after the festival. I can't justify £30 a month for one channel that I can only watch on one tele when I can watch the racing on Betfair and RTC on catch up within a few hours of it first airing.

Now you can watch all the racing on bookies sites without having a bet having racing tv isn't a must at all

Plus all race replays on sporting life and racing tv for nothing

….yep, replays tend to be available on SL around 20mins after a race. Need to log-on but it’s a good facility.

Racing TV tends to be free to air on Cheltenham race days up to lunchtime, so you can get the build up anyway.

                • Can someone remind me of the requirements a horse to run at the festival in a handicap?

Can't remember but think the State Man 3 runs for a mark including his FR run has changed?

Why don't you to the Black Friday RTV offer?

For most of the handicaps it’s 4 runs needed prior to the festival, think the only exception is the boodles where 3 is allowed.

Can’t remember if one of the chases is allowed as 3.

                      • I'm pretty certain you still need 3 runs for the handicap chases and Boodles, 4 for all aged handicap hurdles.

Cheers. I will try this next time. I'll leave it until after the festival now as I don't want to call their bluff and be without it for the best 6-weeks of the year!

I do the same but for 12 months. Luckily mine renews in May so will happily cancel if they refuse me as I don’t watch it much during the summer flat racing anyway.
