Yes it would be nice to see them fish for a mark sometime soon as the extra uk tax could be a concern. My other slight concern is whether he is completely genuine? He is definitely on my radar however.
Only gone up 3lb is generous to 126. However, whilst would of got in easy last year, it took a mark of 134 for 2022, 133 in 2020 and 134 in 2019 so even the UK tax may not be enough to guarantee getting into the race.

Yep will be interesting. Like Q I think the chase mark will be too hard for the uk cappers to ignore. Though ofc they could deliberately under rate him out of the race

The last time I backed a 33/1 shot was Constitution Hill for the Champion Hurdle 2023.
I also did a 60/1 double with Honeysuckle for the 2022 Champion Hurdle.
I have a 28/1 double coming off Master of the Seas going on to Constitution Hill this year.
So thank you for this excellent analysis and maybe the next time you think of a stupid question you will think twice.

Yes, good point, be interesting on his next run if they are looking to preserve a mark or increase it to guarantee a run. With a lot of horses placing that would be lower rated then anything around 130 should be fine. I see Jody Ted also been given 126 official rating whilst the two in 3rd and 4th haven't changed from 116 and 125.

Blimey, thought it'd of been cooked. Without getting into it too much detail did you take the majority of it out?
I'll leave out some of the detail but this is loosely my memory of it....
As you can probably imagine, I had a few too many beers on the Friday and woke up on the living room floor in the early hours. When I came round a bit I decided to take all the money out but Bet365 limit you to a max of 25k per withdrawal so I had to do it over 8 different transactions. I removed everything apart from a couple of hundred.
B365 withdrawals usually land into the bank account within an hour or so but this money didn't appear. Not to worry, I wasn't concerned and carried on celebrating all of Saturday.
By Sunday morning the money still hadn't come across and I was starting to panic a little. We continued celebrating and were having a takeaway (and more beer) Sunday night when bet365 phoned up and asked if I'd be OK with them cancelling the transactions and transferring it across in one lump. Panic over and the money arrived Tuesday lunchtime.

Fucking hero man. It's what all of us here dream of accomplishing and you smashed it.
I partly wonder if you were too high profile for them to pull that old trick. It's fine for them to restrict punters who are getting the early prices and slowly making a profit as they aren't going to kick up much of a stink and they are banning someone early doors who they think could hit them for a big payout sometime in the future.
Whereas since your big payout actually made the headlines, there's every chance if they banned you then you'd make the headlines again, "Cheltenham punter receives huge payout, then gets banned for winning". They might see it as bad publicity for not much gain, when in their mind it's probably unlikely that your going to do it again. If you manage to pull it off again, I don't think they'll be giving you a third go
