It must be annoying, frustrating and sad having to listen to it all.
For everyone including the guys that help run the place.

It certainly is on my part, but Spectre wanted his say and I felt the need/right to reply.

With the greatest respect, you know full well what transpired between you and TOTG. You know what transpired with you and I. And now, despite specifically rules being put in place about how diaries can be used, and how people should respect that, this has happened.

Quite frankly the rest is, excuse the pun, complete horseshit.

And as for libelous and rude. Give me a break. You really do yourself no favours.

Perhaps you would like to go and reflect why these issues come arise through you and nobody else, and then we can perhaps move on.

At the risk of completely ignoring the request to drop it. If there's genuinely rules about commenting on other people's diaries, as I've now read twice that there is, then I don't think they're very well published...

A suggestion maybe to help avoid future situations. Rather than a criticism

My wish is that either both of you elaborate and provide us with the detail and context that we need to properly understand for ourselves or leave us out of it. At the moment a lot is being said and yet very little is being said which for me is the worst of both worlds. If you want us to know tell us as I for one would happily listen, hey there are loads of really smart emotionally intelligent people on here that may be able to help, but if you don’t want to expand sufficiently for us to properly understand then leave us out of it. This is just my personal view others may be enjoying this.

I believe, he's referring to people being open to do as they please on their own diaries. Not sure this has ever been any different, although ideas/suggestions on content would have been discussed.
Pretty sure asking questions in a normal manner are allowed, as is other discussion. Otherwise, that rule is getting broken every day.
Could change though. I'm sure mods are well pissed. As I said earlier.
And why in respect to them and all the many other members we really ought to move out of the way.

Hasn't just been brewing in Dublin either, it's all over the country. I think it's easy to get the impression from news/social media that the views of the people doing the rioting are in a small minority, but in reality I see people everyday from teenagers to over 70s voicing concerns about the situation. The people voicing such concerns are immediately shut down by being branded as racist and anti immigrant, which a lot of them aren't, they're just normal people with valid concerns. Like how a homeless crisis in the city that has been dragging on for years is going to be helped by rapidly rising the population of the city. Of course you'll also just have the troublemakers who want any reason to cause carnage, and you can see plenty of them out tonight destroying property and businesses.

Is it meant to be ironic that the locals are moaning about the immigrants ruining the city and then have actually ruined the city themselves?
