Crowdfunder - Fat Jockey Forum upgrade

Hello Fat Jockeys,

Upgrading the Fat Jockey forum!: https://www.crowdfunder.co.uk/p/fatjockeyforum

We're looking to upgrade the 'hosting CPU' so I've set up a crowdfunding project.

I would love it if you could donate using the link below to access my project page. Any contribution large or small will be hugely appreciated. Thank you.

  • Just realised it's Better Times Ahead not Better Days. Still prefer Vega though.

I believe she may have been in season that day?? Maybe wrong.

Most of Willie's win absolute dross Bumpers early doors don't they??

That was probably as good an excuse as any for Willie wanting to preserve both horses’ perfect records.

          • I’m convinced Enola will turn out to be Willie’s main dart this year. She looks a right sort. Bookies wise enough to her tho.

Yep. Easy to pull a fast one.

They were searching for 'good opportunities'

Enola is in my diary and, like Gaucher, is a dark one if they take to hurdles. Not a traditional pedigree for jumping though but her form is decent.

Just connected the dots and I think I can tie Enola’s entrance into the MNH market to a tweet by French racing expert Geegeebanker on Twitter.

I know you are convinced she's not all that Darlo but I'm not having it at all. Visually she looks very smart IMO. I just think they are trying to keep a low profile with her after going way OTT with her big bruv.

Willie’s been at that all summer, I got a rotten rule 4 on Intense Approach at Bellewstown as a result of the same tactics. Pain in the hole when you know they’d have had them covered easily.

Same, I’m not sold on AV one bit.. she will probably line up in the race no doubt but alongside another 5 or 6 Mullins mares. I suspect there’s a couple better then her.

Would have BDA ahead. I thought BDA looked a real tall sort yesterday, certainly didn’t come across small that’s for sure.

You’re bang on about her size/scope HTO, based on breeding she’ll probably really excel for a fence.

                          • We've normally got the Triumph Hurdle winner backed at this stage..............what's going on ??!! I haven't dipped my toe in yet. This time last year I'd done 3!

                              Only three firms quoting a.t.m

Last year, I’d backed Lossiemouth several times with Cashout firms already (and Gala Marceau) but that was an anomaly, I wouldn’t usually back that early.

When they all go up, and the books come out, then there should be a little early heat in that market.

Still two months before any of them that matter will run, usually.

                              No rush……

You say that, it’ll soon be publication season and the leading ones will get severe haircuts.
It’s something of a surprise nothing has been mentioned in here yet, I’m fairly sure this place had the last 4/5 winners touted well before September…
