An antepost bet on Running Lion - should this be settled as lost?
Sure I've had a case of backing an antepost horse and it being withdrawn on the day and had stake returned, but wasn't sure if this was just a gesture of good will or not

The only exception I can think of would be similar to the case 3 weeks ago when Lingfield moved their Derby trial to the AW track, a fundamental change of race conditions/distance, so all bets were refunded…
