Hello Fat Jockeys,

Upgrading the Fat Jockey forum!: https://www.crowdfunder.co.uk/p/fatjockeyforum

We're looking to upgrade the 'hosting CPU' so I've set up a crowdfunding project.

I would love it if you could donate using the link below to access my project page. Any contribution large or small will be hugely appreciated. Thank you.

Jim - Has there been any word that he’s decent or are people jumping on the colours? He’s a store so only the informed know how he goes.

            Pretty huge changes here!

Tolworth to Aintree, numerous G2's scrapped and a new G1 hurdle.
They're removing the dipper from the calendar? The race that has produced the last two winners of the RSA?

            Seems... Odd...

This was the one major surprise I took from it. - lots of the other changes re reshuffling make sense but seems very odd to scrap The Dipper.

I can't believe the Dipper didn't even make the main headlines. I nearly spat my tea our when I read the article. I've always liked that race and as others have said, it actually seemed a race which attracted good fields. Odd to remove it for the sake of others.

                • With these new gambling reforms on the white paper, how will antepost be treated under the net losses of 125 quid a month?

                  • Is Barry Connell showing the same confidence about Apples of Bresil on debut as he did Marine Nationale? Any comments from him ??

The end of this article refers to a lot of people on here, and so it's good to know that the lady in charge of the BHA has us in mind.
The last sentence sums me up most years

Just need the gambling commission to listen and stop acting like fucking God almighty.
And the bookies are hopefully given sufficient guidance and rules so they cannot abuse the fucking arse out of it, for their own ends.

                      • Still a lot of unanswered questions, though I’ve not read the report yet, hopefully next few days might clarify things.

Very good wasn't he. Ruby said straight afterwards he'd likely need a trip when going over hurdles and given his colours the AB could be the race but he definitely looks to have the attributes for the Ballymore too. Can probably safely rule out Supreme. 10's Ballymore 16's AB after that win.

Thanks. I do like Tullyhill though and can see the two being split. One Ballymore and one Albert ?

I don’t think Tullyhill and Ballyburns targets will be connected in any way as Willie will have an army of novices to split and will be mobbed in all three races.

I personally like Tullyhill for the AB and Ballyburn is the head scratcher as he showed way more pace today than on debut.
