Hello Fat Jockeys,

Upgrading the Fat Jockey forum!: https://www.crowdfunder.co.uk/p/fatjockeyforum

We're looking to upgrade the 'hosting CPU' so I've set up a crowdfunding project.

I would love it if you could donate using the link below to access my project page. Any contribution large or small will be hugely appreciated. Thank you.

How many people could walk in to a betting shop, do that and leave without placing a bet?

I could with no shadow of doubt.... but perhaps I'm in the minority and that's why they do it

    • That Road to Cheltenham episode is one of the best things I've watched....

Might be circumstance of a lull and calm before the storm but what an excellent show

I don't know how you could like this sport and not enjoy this.

Did the lovely Venetia say if Frero Banbou is going for the Plate?

She very much said that was what they wanted and hoped it'd bring improvement....

but worried he wouldn't get in

Gonna be touch and go but I think he’ll scrape in.

Depended on where he was on the list after todays 6 day entries (needs 5 to come out in order to get in) but if it looked like he's not going to get in for the Plate (other people better qualified to make that assumption than I am), sounded like they might have their arms twisted and aim him at the GA as the dec stage is a day earlier. Owners decision by all accounts

I wouldn't have interest in the GA if that was the case.

They seem t oclearly expect improvement for the step up, and it seems quite clear he needed that extra improvement to take him to the level needsed to win this race....

There is a classic argument about class winning and distance not mattering but I think that's at the absolute top end.... at these levels you need a horse with everything right.

FB a strong PPlate case and not worth backing GA is how I feel right now...

Great episode. I didn’t realise Harry Swan was Charlie’s son!

You thought he was actually a swan?

That was the most logical conclusion to draw from the limited information I had available

Probably the best piece of Cheltenham content Iv seen this year

Was nice to focus on the horses more than the betting

Off top of my noggin, Mars Harper and Riviere D’etel will likely not run for Gordon.
