I will be contacting the few firms I can still bet with to figure out what I need to do in advance of the festival to ensure I am not inconvenienced festival week
I could deal with the verification side of things and having to wait to withdraw winnings if that’s all it is, it’s an inconvenience but only minor. My only real worry is whether it’s the start of affordability checks/permanent restrictions. I’ll find out once I verify my address I suppose.

If they are the same as the ones they had at Newbury in November , they are just like a Big Coffee Machine / Vending Machine .
I think they are Cashless too ??.

These are different, I think. It's basically a bar, without the bar staff.

I'd add a photo if I knew how!

We usually drink in the Cottage Rake bar. It's in the club enclosure, almost in line with the winning post.
Is this the best option for a pint in Club FM? Haven’t been in few years with Covid & family commitments but will be making the long awaited return this year for the Tuesday & Wednesday. Can’t remember where we got the pints in previously tbh

I'm not sure. The self serve machines were OK last festival. The lager was crap but machines were good.

Getting a pint followed by a decent viewpoint for the next race is all I’m interested in, cheers! The lager is always crap big if it’s quick & crap that beats slow & crap bit like a 80-100 handicap at Dundalk on a Friday night!

Not really a relevant stat other than for handicaps.

Of the 13 that didn’t run, only 2 could have run really in the right race. They were A Plus Tard (didn’t run in the Irish Gold Cup) and The Nice Guy (didn’t run in the Nathaniel Lacey) other than in handicaps.

                      4/13 were handicap winners.

                      Then of the other 7:

Stattler - No ideal race for perfect 3.6m prep for the NHC
                      Energumene - Clarence House
Bob - Shouldn’t have won and GDC did race at the DRF
Allaho - No 2 1/2 mile race at DRF
Flooring Porter - No 3m race at DRF
Elimay - No Mares Chase at DRF
                      Billaway - No Hunter Chase

                      • For the first time that I have noticed, PP offering genuine money back on cahsouts. I've had a few offer me a little extra on top, but now, for example, I've one offering a 12pt profit. Maybe about to go NRNB?

Been like that since Friday for me. Although changes different times throughout the day ie goes back to stake, or decent cash out.

I cannot believe he makes a living as a pundit in this game.
He's feckin useless, not just his opinions (they're arguable) , just his complete lack of knowledge on what's going on and where horses are likely to run etc.
I've been giving him the benefit but the latest Irish racing youtube thing is the last straw.

                            Charlatan.
