Yep absolute tossers, I don’t tend to use them that often, I had a ?5 each way bet on the winner in the last at Cheltenham yesterday as they were paying an extra place. So it seems like you can bet with them but not if you win? Like wtf? How is this even legal? The most I can get on say a 10/1 horse with sky now is ?1.50? Shocking service, shame as I like using my free ?5 bet if I ever qualify on a chelt request a bet.

Couldn't agree more, they really are a tin pot outfit who shouldn't be allowed to call themselves a bookmaker, the powers that be should do something about them.
