Not being a dick / genuine question, but why should they do that? I know it's what they usually do. But I don't see why they should...
Surely you'll be able to see your positions via the 'settled bets' section of your account?
25 free bet decent though! They must be giving a decent amount away at the moment with the mess they've gotten in
No worries It's because they aren't settled until after the race has actually run, in case the race is abandoned. So they are supposed to be listed on the screen with the market on under your matched bets with a 1.00 next to them.
Looks like it's all races - not just Tuesday as Blazing Khal positions in the Albert Bartlett have disappeared too.
Footnote - the ?25 bet hasn't appeared yet - perhaps I'll get another tenner for that on top.
Pitiful!

I've just had an email saying all the balance issues have been resolved, and I've been credited with a tenner free bet so everyone may be getting something back from them for it.
Getting a bit of a joke aren't they? It should be like turning a handle for them by now you'd have thought. Perhaps we'll get another tenner free bet out of it!
On hold on the phone to them now....
They've given me a tenner & my acc. wasn't even out of sync. Cheers lads
Yeah, and this year they are refunding as settled bets (latest).
Which is far easier than when they used to just void the original bet, so you had to scroll through fucking loads to check each one has been returned.
So I forgive them for being a little later this year.
Was looking at the 2023 novice hurdle markets and I saw a horse called "demandrivingdouvan" does anyone know who owns this or trains it? Strange it would be priced up already

Yeah that's a mighty improvement.
Exactly 2 hours it's taken me (to the minute if I post this in time) to update after today
