Which shops let you back antepost? got turned away from ladbrokes recently.

Jesus I never knew that certain bookmakers wouldn't take ante post bets in the shops. Seems a bit stupid to advertise prices on their websites and not accept a bet in the shop

They can control their liabilities online, a successful punter will get restricted/closed whereas shops provide anonymity if you want it….

I’m restricted by hills online but you can get all the ante post prices in the shops on the machines

I like handing them over the counter. I even get a free coffee if it's quiet. It's like getting a pint when you're on the pubwatch list

…..some very bad looking falls this afternoon, fearing bad news for a few.

Unfortunately we lost Master Tommytucker and Warriors Tale.
Battleoverdoyen got up eventually from a nasty looking one and seemed to walk back without issue.
Not sure if there were others, tough watch today after yesterdays high.

….they were the 3 I was thinking about, just read on RP site that BoD got up after his heavy fall. The incidents involving Master Tommytucker & Warriors Tale looked dreadful. Sad news.

Don't get me started on this. Betfred and Hills (probably others but not tested)give completely different odds over the counter to what is on their website. They also give a different set of odds on the machines in store (altho not on the ante post lists). Three different prices on the same event, provided by the same company. Absolute nonsense.

Just landed the 50 pound free bet from Coral for the Chelsea v Spurs match ( 4 questions right) Looks like i can split the 50 into 10 x 5 pound bets so thought i would use it on the handicaps. So looking for some help to invest this with no come backs. Cheers FJ's.
