I’m not saying he can’t win but the price is ridiculous for a horse that rarely delivers.
I don't get it either. He should have been winning last season - there were no excuses that I could see and he just got out battled. 4/1 is really poor, imo.

    • You’d need danger money riding that fella

      • Outbattled by a horse ridden by David Maxwell too. That's enough for me.

        • Already highlighted on my diary but probably the time of year to start thinking about having a review of any bets placed with Paddy Power, cashout will likely be gone in a few weeks or so.

          • Atlantic Viking I've removed the link for the time being. Just checking that there isn't a copyright issue as I assume it's paid content.

Don't want the site or Kevloaf getting into bother.

It's not paid content, Paul Ferguson linked to it in a tweet. I was surprised it was freely available but it is Wouldn't be my style to slyly put up paid stuff.

                • Completely get where you are coming from FM and taking it down, please delete this comment or ignore if you feel it may draw unwanted attention, being devil's advocate, what's the difference with this content and the content behind the highly known newspaper online content behind a paywall that is put up on the forum? Just curious if I'm missing something.

I don't think there's any difference and also don't think anything should be posted if it's paywall/subscribed material. Kevloaf and Old Vic will know where we stand.

Clicked on this and took me to a clip,of the Christmas hurdle when a 10 year old Rooster Booster was 30+ lengths clear and got collared on the run in by a 5 year old Harchibald....still carrying the scars to this day

                        • Sorry to read the Welsh Government has banned the public from all sporting events after Christmas including Chepstow

Festive sport in Wales will be limited to 50 spectators from 26 December as the Welsh government combats Covid-19's Omicron variant.

Edit - looks like there may be similar decisions in England. At the Cabinet meeting yesterday, “several ministers suggested that there could be a ban on people going to live events ie football matches & concerts to slow spread. Suggestion being held in reserve as an option” (Source: Times)

Instead our inept government let's it get out of hand and then has to put us in a full lockdown (pretty much) as the new year approaches. Its farcically bad leadership but you know with the amount of cheese and wine they've had it can't be a surprise that they've made 'drunk at the wheel' decisions can it?
