The year limini won the mares novice sticks in my memory as a particularly good one for the favs. Was that the year Annie power fell ? (Maybe not that good then if so )
That year was wild. On Thursdsy morning I was 140 points down, and by the end of the day I was 140 points up. Still can't believe they gave us evens on Vautour, Thistlecrack and Limini
I was hoping for a lay in but no chance, wide awake at 5am its a miracle i even lasted til 6! Played out about 100 scenarios in my head and all of them are bad! Good luck everyone

I somehow only heard this song for the first time yesterday, but it's a fair tune to put you in the form for Cheltenham! It's about a farmer from Galway that ventures over to Cheltenham and has a bet in the Gold Cup inspired by a dream... @showofhandsnews
Every year Paddy Power have a new customer offer where they push a favourite out to something like 80/1, where you can have ?1 on with everything outside the normal price paid as free bets. Really wish i'd written them down each year but i'm fairly sure the selections always get turned over. Douvan was one example the year he was 2/9 for the CC. Anyway, this year they've gone with Honeysuckle...

every winner bar the juvenile today had decent form in the book from a previous festival, as did a few of the placed horses. Pretty interesting little stat
This is pretty wild really, was looking at the card myself last night and outside of the 2 handicaps I think the British trainers will struggle for a winner today, they’d even be on the back foot there
