Doesn’t seem to be any negative impact on any of Elliotts horses on the exchanges following the statement. Hopefully all sorted move on to Cheltenham as planned with them under a different name

That's how such things usually work. Seems fair enough to me, not too lenient, not too harsh. 15k fine is a lot less than most expected but they probably have guidelines to follow on such stuff.

Looking like a good result for everyone imo. Trainer knows he has a job to come back to, horses run as normal and staff still have their jobs.
