I feel genuinely sorry for the stable staff at Gordon's. Imagine looking after a horse like Envoi Allen, taking care of him every day, building up to the festival and looking forward to a bright future, for it all to be taken away. Must be tough on them

Yeah I’ve been chatting to Seainin and have wished her a very similar sentiment to what you just said. Not that it’s any consolation, but she appreciated hearing that people are thinking about her and her colleagues but she is understandably ever so upset - “heart broken, I feel sick, my whole world has been taken away from me” - it’s very humbling to hear somebody say that and literally all you can do is send positive vibes and well wishes. She doesn’t deserve to be punished, but like she said, even if she was offered a job by HDB, there’s no guarantee she’d get to look after him.

I like Henry I just meant from the Twitter brigade chief. Racing fans won’t blame him at all but the idiots who only watch racing once a year brigade will see Henry de bromhead on the card. It’s similar to them blaming the jockeys even tho most likely they’ve not done anything wrong.

Bartlett is based in Scotland so it wouldn’t be a surprise if he brought Galvin over this week to a UK trainer to settle him in for Cheltenham. Hobbs and Henderson don’t have horses in the 4 miler so Dicky or Nico could take the ride....win win
