Awful couple of days for the sport and would echo the views of many on here.

However just to move onto what it means for Cheltenham. It was mentioned previously not being ideal to change yards so close to Cheltenham (horses getting runny noses etc). Could CP wait it out and move their horses to HDB or WM or whoever, say the day before they are due to travel over. Obviously wouldn't be publicly in their interests to share this plan but at end of the day they have done nothing wrong and deserve the chance for their horses to run and at the same time do everything to ensure as little disruption as possible to their horses preparation.

I have the view that he should not be allowed to work with horses again. That is because I have the opinion that we need to be seen to do our upmost to try and rid an animal sport of any sort of cruelty towards those animals and anything that suggests cruelty is happening within the sport, and anyone responsible for this not given the chance to ever do so again.
I hope this happens, I honestly think it’s the best thing for the sport going forward.

I think that's all ok if there was actually cruelty, which there wasn't....

There's no doubt it painted a horrible picture of racing though.

To ban a man for life for effectively a crude and tasteless joke is way way over the top though.
