Not to cause controversy but I think the image is a genuine one. What we don’t know is the context of the picture, when it was taken and the reason as to why Elliot was sat on the horse. For all we know the horse may still be alive at the time and Elliot was sat on him comforting him before taking a phone call from a vet, owner etc. None of us were there, it looks bad because he appears to be smiling and showing a peace sign. For all we know he could be giving instructions to staff or chatting with a vet and not smiling at all. He also may have been laughing at something completely unrelated to the horses predicament or condition. I’ve been on loads of distressing incidents that are upsetting and emotionally charged but found myself laughing minutes later when a colleague has slipped over, knelt in dog shit or done something daft which is not personal or purposely disrespectful to the people involved with the incident itself but just a distraction and you forget to stay focussed because you don’t expect to be filmed or photographed.
This is the third negative image, video or image I’ve seen involving Elliot in the past fortnight so someone is clearly out to discredit him. From what I’ve heard about his behaviour he doesn’t help himself though but he is a professional so should be a bit more disciplined and careful with the people he surrounds himself with because people are filming him and gossiping about him. You don’t hear any of these stories about other big trainers.

I do object to it been posted on this forum
I would like to think we are better than that
Appeal to a mod to delete it please
I will delete if something is on here and I would ask all to be careful about what they post but Twitter can look after itself.

We will all care enough to find out if its true but many will have a look and believe it and think racing is full of scumbags and certainly wont bother to follow up at a later date and see if it was fake. Its not just going to go away. Lets be honest its a decent enough photoshop if that is the case and it certainly does look like his gallops. Longer he says nothing the guiltier he looks.
Goes without saying how much I want it to be fake.
