For all those having problems viewing historic Open bets with William Hill.
1). I have tweeted William Hill @ Help this morning stating that they need to fix the software problem and restore historic data, also advising that supplying spreadsheets to users is inadequate. We should be able to use the mobile applications as designed, with confidence that the data is accurate and easy to view.
2). In the meantime, I can reassure you that the data is still held accurately on the accounts and can be viewed via the William Hill desktop site, even when accessed from mobile devices, just not using the mobile or tablet app.
I have checked this morning and can see all of my Open bets details including, returns, bet boosts etc.
For those who are not familiar with the Desktop site:
Attached below is the URL link to William Hill desktop site and login page.
Just enter your user ID and password as normal and you will notice that in the middle right part of the screen just above the words Bet Slip is a grey tab 'Open Bets'. Click on that and you can load all of your Open bets. Select 'more' at the bottom of the bets listed to view older ones.
At the top of each bet it indicates whether it has been 'boosted' and shows the boosted odds, as well as the return.

Announcement imminent (in next 24 hours) about all “elite sport” between France and England borders to be postponed indefinitely according to article in Daily Mail online just published. Probable cancellation of Six Nations tournament.
Easysland singles/Accra’s worth cashing out? Anyone’s thoughts?
(Not savvy enough to copy link here, but is available to view online)

It just mentions ‘cross border elite sport’ - using the Six Nations as an example of ‘elite sport’. My take on reading this word by word several times is they are highlighting the rugby as an example of elite sport, rather than the article being about rugby. Would be great to learn of what people think and how they interpret the article.
