Pal at work got furloughed where he only worked the mornings. The funny thing is the CS guys don’t let on that there is a problem, one said to me they will work out the return for me for one bet that I sent the ID number for. I said that’s fine but are you going to work out the other 40odd!Comment

I have already told them a manual solution, is unlikely to be viable. I have circa 198 doubles and over 100 singles that are impacted by this. Fortunately I know exactly what all of them are but its up to them to resolve, not us. Agreed Norton’s, all the bets are easy enough to work the returns out on but most of mine as have other peoples been boosted, particularly some of the RABs you are talking a hell of a lot of money on some of the more exotic ones which we now have no idea of the returns on.Comment

Someone here might know...
I cashed a bet out on the Betfair exchange last night, I've also had a bet on the market today. My bets on the market show that I've had 2 'back' bets and 1 'lay bet'.
Is the lay bet simply the cash out? As I couldn't have placed a lay bet because I didn't have the money in my account for the liability.Comment
