William Hill still have the open bets from months ago fucked up showing my stake as my return and I can’t prove that I boosted many bets now going back to last March, are others still having this issue?

Yep, I have no idea how to prove I boosted some of my mine, but my diary tells me I did.
Hills just not showing it.

Aye I have the same issue with my WH bets, but only the ones placed on or before Oct 28th '20. Everything after that shows as normal.
I've screenshotted them all just in case, including the bet reference that shows when you click the 'i' icon.

Thats a good idea....won't show that I boosted them but does give me some cover.

I have written formally to William Hill advising them that this is a serious Accounting breach, which they need to rectify urgently.

Mis -anagement of accounts is a huge issue for any company in terms of regulatory bodies and fundamentally the Industry Ombudsman and FSA given William Hill's status as a UK company, would take a very dim view. The onus here is on William Hill to investigate the incident, identify the cause, restore original data or recreate it manually. Its also a related failiure against the Data Protection Act because they are not maintaining our data (bets) correctly within our named accounts, which they created specifically for that purpose.

Let's see what they have to say but this will be a real hot potato for them I would imagine, because the adverse publicity could be extensive if punters lose confidence in WHs capability to manage accounts correctly, After all its a basic requirement which they are expected to get right.
