  • I think it was on here I saw a stat that was something along the lines of no horse who who has run on heavy that season has won the gold cup? Something like that anyway

I agree trainer has to take the blame there, to run on Haydock heavy horse needs to be close to 100% fit, if they knew he was going to hate the ground and guessing they also left a bit off him work wise they shouldn’t have run him. It’s not unusual for tizzard’s horses to need the first run. Not sure how Jorvik is blaming power for the ride, was always going to sit of the pace like last year, no way they wanted to take Bristol on near the front. If anything I’m happy power pulled him up and didn’t bottom the horse. I’m not writing Lostintranslation off, Either are the bookies By the look of it I’m disappointed they didn’t push him out further.

Iv'e seen that peddled and it's just one of those weird coincidences , thou 2018 Denman chase that Native river won was heavy imo not the soft officially labelled especially off historical times the year he won it.

I am, but only a strategy man. If I can't explore, expand, exploit or exterminate, I'm not interested.

My brother however has his own Twitch channel so I'll ask him

I can't un-see that now. I made myself laugh absolutely loads last night when I brought up the Percy tweet, I just kept watching the bit where he says "inside the paper bin now", after he says "it's 18 months old"..... "yeah, I got this quote out to put it in the bin actually, definitely"....

I am the living embodiment of Accidental Partridge.

Kevloaf he says xbox controller is best as a lot of windows and steam games come with inbuilt mapping to that controller.

I thought i was gonna gte furloughed first lockdown sdo bought a gaming PC for the first time in like 7 years. Ended up not getting furloughed! But meant I could pick up all the best strategy games of the last decade cheap. Epic Game Store gave away Civ 6 for free the day I got it - couldn't believe my luck.

That said I replayed The Witcher 3 back in April. Flawless. Best game of this gen bar none

Absolutely agree. I thought the expansions for that, Blood and Wine and the one I've forgotten the name of were as close to perfection as we've had.

Probably goes without saying that Skyrim is right up there and the game that's had the most hours poured into, especially as I've got a PC that can support well into the hundreds of mods. I replayed (and 100%'d again) over the first lockdown - after replaying The Witcher 3 funnily enough

An actual XBOX controller, are they USB? (I know I could look this up but I'm at work still )

so they're usb, bluetoooth, but also can apparently come with a windows dongle (i dunno, I struggle to understand my brother) that has lower lag than bluetooth appaz

Yeah Im a sucker for Warzone (Call of Duty)

If they're serious into gaming and are pretty decent at it, take a look at Scuf Gaming pads, expensive but well worth imo.
