Correct, and I was intimating this with my analogy on overpriced West End pubs.
I remember £14 for one of the worst burgers ever made at the 02 some years ago and bar a drunk pasty on the way out I never eat at Cheltenham, I just wondered how the prices of expenses compare.

Kevloaf for info someone in here said the DRF Sat was painfully busy and they wouldn't be going back, not sure who though...

Agree with you Ista, I never eat at the course - the prices are a joke, as is the food. When I go to HQ, I usually buy a pork pie from Waghornes in Prestbury and smuggle it in a pocket. Can strongly recommend, and it seems to pass the sniffer dogs too…

Remembering going to Paris in the 80s to watch an AC/DC gig. One of my mates ran into a bar shouting i will get the 1st round and had nowhere near the price of it! was funny as fuck but we all chipped in and helped him out

Only thing I'm on so far is Fortified Fortune 5/1 in the 16.05 .... who was a head 2nd to Cantico on his only run with Premier Magic who has done well for Ben Pauling back in 3rd that day.

Don't really look at the day to day stuff as much this time of year, especially Ludlow (don't even know where that is )
But noticed Cobden is riding 3 or 4 and no Nicholls horses, so those bookings look interesting.

All about personal Opinions / experiences though i think . Been to the D.R.F the last two years .
Yes , it was busy , But my mate and myself able to walk up to the bar and get a drink , able to sit down and eat a Decent meal under 16 euros .
Get a seat in the Grandstand at no extra cost . for 50 euro's for two days .
We booked early door's for flights , and hotel . So the whole lot came in at less than the price of 4 days at cheltenham..
definitely recommend it if you haven't been . .

All of my nrnb handicap bets that weren't entered have been refunded by William Hill already, so unless they have different rules for everyone then people should be refunded by now or soon enough.
