Crowdfunder - Fat Jockey Forum upgrade

Hello Fat Jockeys,

Upgrading the Fat Jockey forum!: https://www.crowdfunder.co.uk/p/fatjockeyforum

We're looking to upgrade the 'hosting CPU' so I've set up a crowdfunding project.

I would love it if you could donate using the link below to access my project page. Any contribution large or small will be hugely appreciated. Thank you.

  • Christ - just shows my slavish addiction to this site... I felt like I was in that Pablo Escobar meme where he's just standing around looking aimlessly into the distance, refreshing my phone every now and again.

So good to have it all back - cheers Kevloaf and all others for sorting.

For sorting out our IT issues on Fat Jockey.

That period of slow-running and downtime since New Year should certainly ram home what the website means to us, its Members.....

and how sorely its missed when its not there and we can't share what we want to say to each other.

              Welcome Back FJ

On a serious note, thanks to Kev and everyone else involved getting it up and running again.

                      • Don't want to sound like a sycophant (also I posted "we're back" and then the site completely collapsed) but it's absolutely purring isn't it

                          • Does anyone know what happens if a bookie has spelt a horse wrong? Can they void that at all?

Sa Majeste and Sa Mageste for example , Hills would find it hard to cancel that as there isn't a horse called Sa Mageste but only one letter away g instead of j , just poor spelling on their behalf

Which is exactly the reason why I'm querying it
