“She is a top-class filly, maybe one of the best I have owned, and remember I have had Annie Power and Benie Des Dieux."
High praise indeed.

What you'll probably find is that people feel she's a 2 miler, so up in trip won't win this race.
An Echoes In Rain type....
She's short enough for a horse that doesn't look like wants to go up in trip yet.
That's what I think you'll get coming back

confirmed Qualamita DRF bumper is main target would be very unlikely to be a Cheltenham horse. Undeniable Alibi another one Rob is very excited about for bumpers said he could be an A player for Gordon’s, again owners don’t like the champion bumper.

Poor reappearance from Feronily finishing second to My Design (best RPR of 131 previously) even giving away a stone. Two lengths clear of Frontal Assault in receipt of 4lbs too. But given connections, I can't help but feel that might've been by design. Had a mark of 155 in Ireland before today, and another couple of average showings might see this reduced by a few points. I'd be interested in him for the Grand National off 150 or thereabouts.
Alternatively, he is a horse who got better and better as the season progressed last year, so it might just be he needed today as a pipe opener.Last edited by Exar Essay; 3 October 2023, 04:12 PM.

With that quote from Willie out there she's no bet for the Mares Hurdle until he says different. And given we won't see her until 2024 there's no rush to back her anyway.Luck is a dividend of sweat. The more I sweat, the luckier I get.

Also that it's possible she'll have a quiet season out of her juvenile campaign if she doesn't show him she's ready for a Champion Hurdle. I prefer to listen to what Willie said rather than Rich Richie in this case. Willie rarely changes his mind.
