Well worth a point or 2 on Sir Gino I'd say.

Another good race 1:33. Jigme up against the much improved Light Wave.

Can't wait to see Jhentong Enki tomorrow at Roscommon, opened 5/2 and early bits of money have him smashed into 6/5, I'd have thought he'd be a little bigger tomorrow but good to see them cracking on with him straight into a maiden hurdle instead of pissing around in bumpers. Doesn't look the strongest maiden to start off with so hopefully she shows the boot over 2m before progressing up in trip during the season.

Nicky Henderson very positive on Jeriko du Reponet in his HIT brochure:
"This looks something rather special and is a really stunning individual by a French sire that looks like he is going places.
"He had one run in a point-to-point with Wilson Dennison in the north of Ireland and was, by all accounts, extremely impressive showing a very good turn of foot and winning extremely easily.
"He has only just arrived, looks absolutely fabulous and I can only say that this does look like something you dream about and I only hope we can do him justice and that he is as good as he looks.
"I would imagine he would start straight over hurdles. He is only a four-year-old but he is a really fine, strong horse that looks pretty mature and I think he might be ready to go to war later in the autumn which is very exciting."

That update really confuses the JP novice hurdlers outlook though. With Willie and Nicky’s fondness for the Supreme, it’s likely they’ll both want MW and JDR to be campaigned in that direction. ADTS has the form in the book and would likely head there too. Potentially this strengthens my view that DML will be the one to go to the Ballymore for Gordon. Really exciting times for JP and I really think he’ll have at least one novice hurdle winner this season and it’s not crazy to think he could sweep the board.

Pot luck to which day you'll receive yours but it will be this week if already ordered.
