She'd have a massive chance in the Stayers. Looking a weaker race at this stage than the Mares Hurdle so why not ?? Would be fantastic on her CV.

I got a couple on before they ran, El Fabiolo and High Definition. But like you say, the way prices are after the races, it's usually never worth backing until the day.

I've not backed it as a single, but the only horse that would interest me from the weekend would be Cool Survivor for the Martin Pipe as he's available at 16s.

Perceval Lagallois would definitely be a bet on the day for the Pertemps, but far too short to back now.

I'm tempted to back il etait temps I have to say

The way he quickened up off that strong pace is a very solid pointer to a big run in the Supreme

The thing that's stopping me is if facile gets there Paul will choose him and then il etait temps may be the same price or bigger on the day

Or Willie might run one of impaire et passe or gaelic warrior and suddenly he's 3rd string and 7/1 on the day

The spanner in the works would be it coming out facile has an issue and that's why he folded so tamely

Good summing up, the last line is why I backed him, although it was at 7-1 straight after the race, which is better than available now.
