I was thinking it was the ground for sure, it was bouncing down on the earlier races so I can imagine the description of GS was not as it says. A shame really, with the late money that came too I thought we'd have got a bit more excitement but tomorrow is a new day to try again.

    • Is anyone else struggling with putting certain selections in the bet slip with Bet365?

Telling me to contact customer service for some horses, but others are going in absolutely fine.

They clearly think you've got enough on Goshen for the Arkle!

          Never!

FWIW, it seems to be fine now. Suspect it was a glitch.

Andrew: Scarlett & Dove (Mares Chase)

Do you happen to know what time in the vid they spoke about him?

I don’t sorry mate was listening to it while I was driving, but he put him up as his free bet at the end.

That quiet Ruby confidence is quite telling, especially when he mentioned him along with all the other potential novice chasers Willie has.

Posh Josh had tweeted about him recently too. Word is out for him and the entry now puts him towards the top of Gordon’s pile most likely. Only doubt is still over Gigginstown running him at the festival (if good enough of course).

That Leave of Absence ran well in the G2 Bumper at Aintree and confirmed form with Blow Your Wad on hurdles debut last week.

Just had a look back at previous renewals and Hendo has usually thrown a decent dart at this race: Broomfield Burg (2021), Dusart (2020), Mister Fisher (2018), Claimantakinforgan (2017).

Claiman & Mister Fisher both ran in the Supreme while Dusart went straight to Aintree and finished 3rd in the G1 Novices race won by Jonbon this year. Broomfield Burg didn't quite hit those heights but ran in a Betfair Hurdle, a County Hurdle and an Aintree handicap.

Even if you don't back him tomorrow, BOOM BOOM is certainly worth a follow if he wins - or is even placed (Burg & Fisher both finished 2nd while the other two won).
Disappointing to see him withdrawn shortly before racing started. Was taking one hell of a haircut since last night
