Just been on with their live chat - about as useful as a chocolate fireguard. No answer to the cash out issue - operator just kept repeating that it was ‘traders’ discretion’.

Kicked off a little about the poor service and got the bet voided so not all bad but it doesn’t look good moving forward.

Does anyone know much about Oliver McKiernan and Cheltenham? I don’t think he’s had a runner in GB never mind Chelts. Am wondering if there’s a reason behind this or or whether he just feels he hasn’t had one good enough previously. Two of his I’m considering backing this year.

He had a horse running in Melbourne years ago and I was lucky enough to be at a lunch with him. What a lovely bloke. They were heading to Japan afterwards if I remember right.
