Every major stable has someone on some bookie's payroll. To expect to get stable inside information before the bookies, and at a public open day, is naive. Clearly, people connected with a particular horse might have inside information and it's very much up to them where and/or if they post it. Stable tours? Neh.
As I said, post where you prefer and I will read what I prefer. No worries. My loss.

What he says about not backing Constitution Hill at today's price also makes sense. His lay of the meeting is very, very eye opening. Sounds like he's ultra keen on Capadanno in the Gold Cup and not very happy on the ride he was given in the RSA! Wonderful stuff. Real food for thought and I think I'll be following him in on a few this season.

Have to say that while I liked Gavin Lynch and the pair of them together in what was an entertaining show each week, he rarely, if ever, came up with anything this place wasn't already weeks or months ahead on. And his twitter 'punting pointers' are parody levels of bad.
Relatively new to all of this so can't pretend to know anything about Johnny Dineen, but he seems well regarded by racing twitter so i'm really looking forward to what he comes up with.

His bets for this week were American Mike for the Bartlett & The Nice Guy for the BANC, DJ's was Zanahiyr for the Stayers.
Eye catchers from last seasons festival/season were Hollow Games (as a handicapper), American Mike, Authorised Speed & Capodanno.Last edited by ComplyOrDie; 2 September 2022, 12:31 PM.

American Mike being by Mahler is enough to put me off punting him as fav in one of the toughest antepost non handicaps there is to find the winner! Everyone will be glad he likes The Nice Guy though! Might have to watch Capodanno runs back a bit today...

Two from two at Cheltenham including at the festival, pretty bold call, although when you see what could line up for the GC he'll almost certainly be heading for, perhaps looks bolder than it really is. Again though, thought provoking stuff, sounds like it'll be a belter of a show this year.

JD did say he'd buy FV over Constitution Hill. That's how highly he rates him.Last edited by Lobos; 2 September 2022, 01:45 PM.
