FWIW - I emailed the yard on Friday and had a response Monday. "We don’t have him as yet" was the exact line so that's as good as confirmation for me that he will be heading there.

*Edit: spelling mistake "from" to "for".

    • I don't think Robcour have ever had a runner in the bumper, have they? Nevermind which trainer he ends up at it.

On that basis, the fact I used some free bets on him for the bumper makes me feel a little silly now

Is BarryTheButcher owned by Robcour? They have a serious duo in BTB and An Tobar if so.

Scrap this, looks like it is Sean Mulryan, in which case he could still go for the bumper!

I was looking at the wrong horse

I suspect Barry will be held up (given he's only 4), but could be wrong. An Tobar will be 6 next season, so he'll almost definitely go over hurdles straight away, IMO.
Id say that would be very sensible.
Cant seem to find anything on BTB being at robcour if you could point me in the right direction please.

              • RE: Festival attendances..

To put it in perspective, the attendance figures this year were
Tuesday 68567 - very uncomfortable in Members even with fair weather.
Wednesday 64431 - rain making all sheltered areas overcrowded.

Reducing capacity to 68000 will make little or no difference and it will be absolutely not worth the price in Members.

                • Josh @ Lets Talk Racing, said that that Barry The Butcher is 95% certain to go to Henry and therefore will not run in the bumper. He also really likes An Tobar, but connections have told him that the horse is more of a Journey With Me type rather than a Bob Olinger, and would recommend seeing him run first over hurdlers before looking at backing him for the Ballymore.

Yes, I had three with GDC that have disappeared - will need to check others on my spreadsheet. Have you been in touch with Sky to ask what’s happened?

Some of mine disappeared from ‘my bets’, but when I went to my account & open bets they were in there.

                              • I’ve only just noticed but Mark Howard’s One Jump Ahead is now available for purchase. Has anyone got their copy yet? First thoughts?
