Very random thought but does anyone know what will happen with regards to anyone who has backed Lossiemouth for the Triumph? Gone to Willie from France and obviously there's already a horse of that namesake in the UK, so will connections have to rename?
And if renamed, will any outstanding bets be transferred to the 'new' name :/ ?

Exactly right. If you're able to specify Lossiemouth (FR) then do so but Lossiemouth (GB) is a 7yo so they can hardly claim that you've backed it for the Triumph.Originally posted by Ice View PostComment

Just been reading some old Racing Post articles and came across one from April 2019 which concluded:
"The Irish National Stud also houses Quevega's yearling filly and two-year-old gelding, both by Walk In The Park, who were both described by Diamond as "good physical specimens".
The two year old gelding was, of course the mighty Facile Vega. It got me wondering whether connections will attempt to do The Champion Bumper double with his full sister this year?Comment
