I would just like to honestly and sincerely apologise for my shambolic and drunken posts on Saturday. By pied piper I was assholed. By the solerina I could barely walk or talk.
but I see I’ve not missed much on the supreme thread, as there’s still talk of DD going ballymore. Groundhog day
Leopardstown put 200mm of water on since early jan. fair play to them that’s some effort, and yielding ground should be fine, hopefully trainers keep there’s in unless they feel they absolutely have to pull them.

Fair bit of rain forecast Sat night into Sunday, could see ground easing for day two...
Not a punting update, more just a comment generally about cash out, and how quick / ruthless it has become on 365 in particular. This stems from the Capodanno incident this morning.
I have 135 bets (all Festival related) open with them, of which only 55 / 41% are still available for cash out. I know that there's been various discussions on here about the virtues of cash out; that it's a tool that can be very handy etc but that the bookies certainly are becoming / have already become much much sharper on it. Certainly the speed that they have greyed out selections this season, I'm contemplating when I jump back on the merryground for the 2023 Festival bets just to go for bigger odds without the cash out tool.
Pretty much every bet I have wanted to cash out I've not been able to anyway this year, bar one (Shewearsitwell) - there are several of the open bets now greyed out could very well still run in the race I've bet them for. Food for thought.
Speaking of food - better go and sort out the ruby. Have a good weekend everyone, and let's hope that there's not more greys on 365 for us all following this weekend, rather bigger cash out amounts!

That’s something I’d been thinking about too. Was planning next season to almost exclusively use 365 due to the cash out at the expense of the odd bigger price, but hardly seems worth it now.

Hope you managed to keep that wonderful octopus and lobster down

I only have access to a few bookmakers but Bet365 have held the biggest price for the longest time on most horses I have backed so they are worth considering still. For me cash out is both a blessing and a curse.
