We're looking to upgrade the 'hosting CPU' so I've set up a crowdfunding project.

I agree re Ryanair as his target.
Perhaps I'm on my own here because forgiving two bad runs take some doing, but I think DDS is a decent price in the Ryanair at 22/1
Something clearly wasn't right at the Festival, and to me he looked to get tired in the Scloer (he has underperformed plenty of times on debut for me not to be too worried).
He's 7 going on 8, went off 2/5 for a QMCC, is a multiple Grade 1 winner, has Cheltenham form figures of 111152114PU, including 2 festival wins, and he's 22/1 for a race I'm confident he'll end up in.
When I look at the profile of typical Ryanair winners they tend to either be a proper Grade 1 horse, or one of those battle hardened festival regulars (that haven't always won previously at the festival - but run 2 or 3 times before winning this).
He smacks of both, big time
No idea why I expected him to be aimed at it all year but I did. Can’t believe they thought going back to 2m was a good idea. But I guess it was worth a try.
All roads lead to the Ryanair now though surely?!

I would have thought so. QMCC likely to be a lot better this year - I was never convinced he'd be best over 2m and anything further than 3m is unlikely. The Ryanair might not be the most liked race in the world, but for DDS it's by far the most likely, IMO.

Imagine being faster than Annamix is your claim to fame.
With no dispect to the great ComplyOrDie , no one gives a feck about Annamix
These times relative to others on the day are over played for that exact reason. It's only relative to the very finite set of circumstances, and even then they can be taken in different ways.
I'm actually surprised at how much I haven't embraced them. Stereotypically, I'm pretty young still, embrace the stats in other sports and would use aything niche to my advantage, but I hardly ever read a time-based arguement and think it's conslusive or gives an edge. It may be because, if a horse performs well "on the clock", it's usually fucking obvious anyway to the naked eye.
Maybe it's like xG in the football. If they time reads well, you can expect a good performance.
