Nonsense. 7mm overnight, might go good, good-to-soft in places, but the one thing it wont be is testing.

    • Rachael is back in the saddle on Saturday, hoorah! Booked to ride Balko Des Flos in a handicap hurdle at Galway, according to Kevin Blake on twitter.

        • Wasn’t sure whether to post this here or stupid questions!

im assuming that there is still an on course William Hill at Cheltenham? And you are ok to pick up ante post winnings placed in other shops there? Wasn’t sure if they have to phone it through to the original shop or I’d be met with grunts n groans on a busy day

10mm is a fair bit overnight. Think it will ride slow on already watered ground. First couple of races will tell.

Remember when she was on course to win Champion Jockey and McCoy was going "oh she fell a lot though", weird flex, what a poor broadcaster he is

              • A friend passed on the annual Declan ptp dossier and rundown on Robcour stable. Unfair to share it and I've only got it through 2nd hand but a few things to note. He mentions Walk Away broke down when in training for a Galway tilt and unlikely to race again. The yard acquired Gentleman Joe after originally being sold to go down Oz and having been gelded will be in training soon and as he touches on if some of the horses he has form ties with where going juvenile racing they would be 16/20 Ap fav so he doesn't put anyone off a fun wager at 33s.

anything on the novice hurdle squad - Gerri Colombe, jury duty etc that not already been noted in stable tours?

Only his opinion, he says in an ideal world Grand Jury at 2m, Gerri at 2.5,JWM at 3m. JWM the one they are most excited about.

In Cheltenham town now: dry all afternoon with a cold but dry forecast overnight. Looks clear so can’t see masses of rain coming…

                        • Off to Cheltenham tomorrow. Been studying like mental. Picked some obvious ones out for the day but then got to the last race.............Daryl Jacob has gone for one ride tomorrow, in the last, aboard Jetoile. Ex point to pointer. Half decent PTP back form (ran well behind The Big Breakaway). First run for new trainer Ryan Potter. Hood on for the first time. He's 80/1. Had a point Ew on it as it's just a mental jockey booking. Anyone know if jockey/trainer are connected in any way ?

No, it's not. It was never going to be testing. It was good to firm on Monday ffs - it certainly wont ride slow. It's as if you're just choosing to ignore the weather report and say random words

Unless there's been a change since last year yes there is DeeBee, and you're fine to pick up from other William Hill shops.
